In this spring season, BEFANBY has recruited more than 20 dynamic new colleagues. In order to establish positive communication, mutual trust, unity and cooperation among new employees, cultivate the sense of teamwork and fighting spirit, and show the style of new employees of BEFANBY. BEFANBY's department managers lead new employees through a two-day outreach program.
Training process
Before the start of the class, through a series of cheerful activities, the barriers between people are broken, the foundation of mutual trust is established, and a team atmosphere is created. Through four projects such as “Breaking The Ice”, “High-Altitude Broken Bridge”, “Trust Back Fall”, and “Crazy Market”, this expansion training revealed abstract and profound truths, allowing everyone to retrieve the things in life that have been eroded by time but are very precious: will, passion and vitality. This makes us more deeply aware that in fact, each of us is very strong.
Training harvest
This time, under the intense work and pressure, close to nature, feel green mountains and rivers, so that the whole body relaxed. Through the generation, display, and integration of the team, everyone has strengthened their understanding and communication skills, and enhanced the spirit of creating an excellent team. Colleagues have learned in practical exercises and changed in experiential learning. They have benefited greatly and gained more insights into life. After experiencing the joy of success brought about by dedication, collaboration, and courage, everyone deeply feels the essence of “responsibility, collaboration, and self-confidence”, as well as the responsibilities they have to bear as a member of the team.
